About the Developer
The project is being developed at the direction of DH Investment Company (DHI). DHI was established in 1983 by Tom Darmstadter Sr. and David Hill. In the years since, DHI has developed and managed a wide variety of real estate projects throughout Texas and in Shreveport, Louisiana. Developments have included golf course communities and many high-quality single-family and mixed use master planned communities. Additionally, DH has owned and developed numerous income producing projects including major retail centers, office buildings, and multi-family properties.
David Hill, President and Charlie Hill and Mike Schoenfeld, both Vice Presidents, all of DH Investment Company are the primary development team leaders. David and Mike both have over 35 years of experience in the real estate development industry. Charlie has been with DHI for over three years and spent the prior five years in commercial real estate and homebuilder finance lending groups at Guaranty Bank.
David provides overall project direction and development strategy and participates in major entitlement negotiations. Charlie and Mike provide the day-to-day development management functions, including coordination of all aspects of the development process such as detailed contract negotiations, sales, marketing, development coordination, financial analysis, entitlement coordination and planning and they coordinate and supervise all project consultants.

Ledgestone is a 200-acre residential and commercial development southwest of Austin with 234 residential lots and 77 acres of commercial.
