Mixed Use Area

Planning Stages
The Mixed Use area comprises of approximately 96 acres that fronts Hwy 281 and is currently in the planning stages. While no specific uses have been established, it is envisioned that there will be demand for local and regional retail, office and other commercial space, restaurants, multi-family, and various uses that will serve Johnson Ranch and the surrounding populace. Architectural guidelines and use restrictions will be established for the Mixed Use area during the planning process.
