Johnson Ranch Mixed Use Development
The Johnson Ranch Mixed Use area comprises approximately 100 acres that fronts Hwy 281 and another 25 acres on FM 1863. As the Bulverde, TX area continues to grow, it is envisioned that the demand for local and regional retail, office and other commercial space, restaurants, multi-family, and various uses will increase and this section of the Johnson Ranch master-planned community will be used to serve the surrounding populace. Architectural guidelines and use restrictions will be established for the Mixed Use area during the planning process.
